1. Agreement to these terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of www.precisionautospallc.net (the "Site") and the mobile auto detailing services provided by Precision Auto Spa LLC ("Precision Auto Spa", "we", "us"). By using the Site, submitting a booking request, or having us perform work on your vehicle, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree with them, please do not use the Site or book a service. You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract.
These Terms work alongside our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
2. Who we are
Precision Auto Spa LLC, a Pennsylvania limited liability company
Veteran-owned mobile auto detailing, serving Montgomery County and Bucks County, Pennsylvania
Email: precautospa@gmail.com
Phone: 267-640-6627
3. Using this site
You may use the Site to learn about our services, read our blog, view our work and request an appointment. You agree not to:
- Use the Site for anything unlawful, or in a way that interferes with it or with anyone else's use of it.
- Submit false information, impersonate anyone, or fill in the booking form on someone else's behalf without their permission.
- Send automated submissions, scrape the Site at scale, or attempt to defeat the anti-spam measures on our forms.
- Probe, scan or test the security of the Site or the servers behind it, or try to gain access to any part of it you are not meant to reach.
- Copy, republish or resell the Site's content except as allowed in section 13.
We may suspend or refuse access to the Site, and decline to accept a booking request, at our discretion.
4. Booking requests and appointments
A booking request is a request, not a confirmed appointment. When you submit the form on our booking page, or call or text us, you are asking us for a time. We are by appointment only, and the appointment exists once we confirm it back to you by phone, text or email. Until then nothing is reserved.
We may decline or cancel a request, including where the job falls outside our service area, where the vehicle or the site cannot safely be worked on, or where we are not available at the time you asked for.
Please keep the contact details you give us accurate. Confirmations, arrival windows and reschedules go to the phone number and email address on the request.
5. Pricing and quotes
Prices shown on the Site are starting prices. They are the floor for a service, not a fixed quote. What a job actually costs depends on the size of the vehicle, its condition, how much correction or decontamination it needs, pet hair, heavy soiling, biological or hazardous contamination, and travel distance within our service area.
We give you a quote before we begin. If the condition of the vehicle turns out to be materially different from what was described, we will tell you the revised price and get your approval before we continue. You are free to decline the revised price, in which case we will stop and you owe only for work already performed and agreed.
Prices, service descriptions and promotions on the Site may change at any time. We are not bound by an obvious typographical error in a price.
6. On the day, what each of us provides
We bring professional grade tools, equipment and premium products, and everything else needed to detail your vehicle on site.
You provide, at the service location:
- Access to an outdoor water spigot.
- Access to a standard power outlet.
- A safe, legal place to park with about a car length of clear space on each side of the vehicle.
- Permission to perform the work at that location. If it is not your property, that means the property owner's or manager's permission, and getting it is your responsibility.
- Reasonable access to the vehicle, including keys or a way in.
If those are not available when we arrive, some services cannot be performed. See section 7.
Detailing is outdoor work. Weather, temperature and daylight can make certain services unsafe or ineffective, particularly paint correction and ceramic coating. We may need to reschedule for that reason, and we will tell you as early as we can.
7. Rescheduling, cancellations and access
Plans change, and we will work with you. Please tell us as early as you reasonably can if you need to move or cancel an appointment, so we can offer the slot to someone else.
If we arrive at the confirmed time and the job cannot go ahead for reasons outside our control, for example there is no water or power, no safe place to park, the vehicle is not there, nobody can give us access, or the vehicle's condition makes the work unsafe, we may reschedule the appointment. Where we have told you in advance that a trip or cancellation fee applies, that fee may be charged. We will not charge a fee you were not told about beforehand.
If we need to cancel or reschedule, we will contact you and offer the next available time. Any amount you have already paid for work not performed will be refunded or credited, at your choice.
8. Payment
Payment is due when the work is complete, unless we have agreed something different with you in writing (including by text or email). We will tell you which payment methods we accept when we confirm your appointment.
This Site does not take payments. Never send payment card numbers or bank details through the booking form.
Amounts are in US dollars and are exclusive of any applicable Pennsylvania sales tax, which will be added where the law requires it. Overdue amounts may be referred for collection, and you may be responsible for reasonable costs of collection permitted by law.
9. Your vehicle and pre-existing condition
Before we start, please:
- Remove your personal belongings, including valuables, cash, electronics, firearms, medication, documents and anything irreplaceable. We are not responsible for personal property left in the vehicle.
- Tell us about anything we should know, including aftermarket paint, wraps, vinyl, PPF, previous body or paint repairs, repainted panels, existing clear coat failure, loose or damaged trim, cracked glass, non-factory electronics, leaks, mold, biohazards, or any part of the vehicle we should not touch.
- Point out existing damage. We document vehicle condition where practical, and so should you.
Detailing frequently reveals defects that were already present but hidden under dirt, old wax, filler or glaze, such as swirl marks, scratches, etch marks, oxidation, clear coat failure, worn or previously repaired paint, stained or degraded upholstery, and failing trim or adhesive. Revealing an existing defect is not the same as causing it, and we are not responsible for pre-existing conditions.
Some conditions cannot be corrected without risk, and some cannot be corrected at all. Where we believe a process carries a real risk to your vehicle, we will tell you and let you decide. If you ask us to proceed anyway after we have explained the risk, you accept that risk.
10. Results and what we do not promise
We take real pride in the work, and we will tell you honestly what we think is achievable on your vehicle before we start. That said:
- Detailing results vary with the age, condition, paint type and history of each vehicle. Not every stain, odor, scratch or etch can be removed.
- Paint correction removes a measured amount of clear coat and cannot be performed indefinitely on the same panel. Complete removal of all defects is not promised.
- Ceramic coating performance depends on preparation, cure conditions and, above all, ongoing maintenance. Any coating durability or warranty terms are those we give you separately in writing, along with the care requirements that keep them valid. Nothing on this Site is itself a coating warranty.
- Odor and biological contamination removal is treated as a best-effort service unless we tell you otherwise in writing.
11. Photography and media
We photograph and film vehicles before, during and after the work, for quality records and to show our work on the Site and on social media. By having us perform a service, you agree that we may use those images and videos for our own marketing, without payment to you.
We do not publish your name, address or license plate. If you would rather we did not publish images of your vehicle, tell us before or at the appointment, or email precautospa@gmail.com afterwards, and we will not use them going forward and will take down what we reasonably can.
12. Promotions and memberships
Promotional offers, founding member deals, maintenance plans and discounts are subject to the terms stated with the offer, are limited in number or time where the offer says so, cannot be combined unless we say they can, have no cash value, and may be withdrawn or changed for future customers at any time. Changes do not affect a discount already locked in for an existing member on the terms it was given.
13. Intellectual property
The Site and everything on it, including the Precision Auto Spa name and logo, text, blog articles, photography, video, layout, design and code, is owned by Precision Auto Spa LLC or its licensors and is protected by United States copyright and trademark law.
You may view the Site, and print or download pages for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may share links to it freely. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, sell, or use our content or images for your own commercial purposes, and you may not use our name or logo, without our prior written permission.
If you send us a review, testimonial, photo or comment, you give us permission to use and display it in connection with our business, with attribution to your first name and last initial or as otherwise agreed.
14. Third-party links and content
The Site links to other sites, including social platforms and our Google Business Profile, and embeds Google Maps on our service-area pages. We do not control those services, we do not endorse everything on them, and we are not responsible for their content, availability or practices. Your use of them is governed by their terms and their privacy policies.
15. Disclaimer of warranties
The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available". We work to keep the Site accurate and current, but we do not warrant that it will be error-free, uninterrupted, secure, or free of harmful components, and we do not warrant that any information on it, including blog articles and car care advice, is complete, current or suitable for your particular vehicle.
Blog and educational content on this Site is general information, not a professional recommendation for your specific vehicle. Follow your manufacturer's guidance and ask us directly if you are unsure.
To the fullest extent permitted by Pennsylvania law, we disclaim all warranties of any kind relating to the Site, whether express, implied or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. This section applies to the Site. The services we perform on your vehicle are covered by section 10 and by any written terms we give you for a specific service.
16. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Pennsylvania law:
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, loss of use of a vehicle, rental or substitute transportation costs, or diminution in value, arising out of the Site or our services.
- Our total liability arising out of or relating to a detailing service is limited to the amount you paid us for that service.
- Our total liability arising out of or relating to your use of the Site, where no service was purchased, is limited to one hundred dollars ($100).
- We are not liable for personal property left in a vehicle, or for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, including weather, utility failure at the service location, illness, accident, vehicle breakdown, supply shortage or acts of government.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under Pennsylvania or federal law, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, gross negligence, willful misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by our negligence. Some limitations may not apply to you to the extent the law says so.
17. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Precision Auto Spa LLC, its members, employees and contractors, from any claim, loss, liability, cost or expense, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, your failure to have the right to authorize work at the service location, or your failure to disclose a known condition of the vehicle that you were asked about.
18. Governing law and venue
These Terms, and any dispute arising out of them, the Site, or our services, are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.
You and Precision Auto Spa LLC agree that any lawsuit will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and each of us consents to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
Nothing here prevents either of us from bringing a claim in Pennsylvania small claims court, or "magisterial district court", where the claim qualifies. Before filing anything, please contact us at precautospa@gmail.com. Most problems are faster to fix directly, and we would rather fix them.
19. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms. The effective date at the top shows the current version. Changes apply going forward, from the date they are posted. The Terms that apply to a particular job are the ones in effect when we confirmed that appointment. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
20. General
- Severability. If any provision is found unenforceable, it is modified to the minimum extent needed to make it enforceable, or removed, and the rest stays in force.
- No waiver. If we do not enforce a provision on one occasion, we have not given up the right to enforce it later.
- Assignment. You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our written consent. We may assign ours in connection with a sale or reorganization of the business.
- Entire agreement. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, our Cookie Policy, and any written quote, service agreement or coating warranty we give you, are the entire agreement between us about their subject matter.
- Independent contractor status. Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, joint venture, employment or agency relationship between us.
- Notices. Notices to you go to the email address or phone number on your booking. Notices to us, including any notice required to be in writing, go to precautospa@gmail.com.
